The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the beautiful Noccalula Falls park, hiking trails, and golf course. The room was updated and spotless, and the spa bath was a great addition that I truly enjoyed. All the staff members were accommodating and effectively resolved any issues I had.

Decent location for one night, the hotel staff were amicable and outstandingly accommodating. Location: the venue was short walk to beautiful Noccalula Falls park, restaurants, and the Gulf Shores. It also was close to golf course. Enjoyed our rooms with jacuzzi. The rate was US$ 635.

The location was convenient for exploring the city and there was a good amount of parking available. The room was clean upon arrival and the bed was comfortable for a decent night's sleep. One of the best aspects was the quietness of the hotel, making it easier to relax after a long day of exploring.

There were a number of negative aspects during my stay. The staff was generally rude and unhelpful, especially when my children asked for extra towels.

The room was clean, comfortable, and recently refurbished by the new owners. The location was convenient and quiet. The housekeeping staff was friendly, adding to a pleasant stay.
